12 PM EST: We are experiencing a high-load on our data center hosted with Microsoft Azure. The servers did not automatically scale up to handle the load, which may cause a latency for certain members.

12:12 PM EST: The data center is currently being scaled up manually. This process can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes to complete.

12:45 PM EST: The data center was scaled up to handle the high-load, bringing all systems operational and back to normal. Our engineers are working with Microsoft to understand why the data center did not automatically scale up, to prevent latency from happening in the future.
